Rai Umanath Bali Institutional Education Society was Founded in 2012. Under the aegis of the Society it was decided to establish a Degree College to carry forward its Aims and Objects to develop an institution for Graduate Education in the area.
Rai Umanath Bali Mahavidyala, Daryabad was established under the aegis of Rai Umanath Bali Institutional Education Society by Rai Swareshwar Bali who belongs to the erstwhile Taluqdar Family of Daryabad Estate. The main purpose for the establishment of the institution is to provide value based education to the students of the area. In the first year since its inception, the College was for Female students only, however, to promote equal opportunities for both Female and Male students, the college authorities decided to apply for conversion of the college into Co-Education, which was accepted by the University and the College welcomes both Male and Female Students, now.
The College has BA course available for Arts Students and BSc course available for Science Students. The Arts Stream has Hindi Literature, English, Sanskrit, Sociology, Ancient History, Home Science and Political Science as subjects. Whereas, for Science Students - Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics are available.
A well equipped library with latest books relating to the subjects of both Science and Arts Stream are available in the College. For the overall development of our Students, various co-curricular activities are available in the College. The College is situated in the lap of mother nature, with Mango Trees to enhance the beauty of its surroundings.
